Each year, the camping community gathers at St. Vital mall to promote camping and distribute brochures for their camps. This year the Parade of Camps will be held on March . If you can assist us by spending a few hours manning our booth, please email Liora.

Volunteer Work Weekend

Gather with old friends, meet new friends and work together to prepare camp for the new season! Gather your inner gardener spirit or your knack for organization or your love of building and share your talents and time. It's not all work and no play - take time to hike, canoe or relax. Work indoors or out. Enjoy the same delicious meals and pay only $25.00 for adults, $10.00 for children and a maximum of $75.00 per family. The dates are May 15 – 18th, the Victoria Day long weekend. Girlfriend Getaway

"Having kids is like having a bowling alley permanently installed in your brain" comedian Martin Mull once said. Yes, we do love our families, but we women need a weekend just for us from time to time. Every spring for the past four years, women have gathered at Camp Wasaga for a wonderful weekend of fun and relaxation. No cooking, but delicious meals! Workshops, hikes, shopping, cappuccino, canoeing, yoga or kayaking are enjoyed by all. You can do as much or as little as you want. Make new friends, meet old friends or bring your own bunch of girlfriends for a getaway all Mother's need from time to time. Mark it on your calendars – May 29 – 31st! For more info, contact Liora.
