We are currently inviting applications for a Leader-in-Training (LIT) Director. Reporting to the Camp Director, the LIT Director will oversee the LIT program and participants, who range in age from 14 years and older, and are interested in developing their own leadership skills in an outdoor/camp setting. The program include skills development and activity planning in a nature-focused program, covering topics such as canoeing, kayaking, hiking & orienteering, nature based and leadership theory and overnight camping trips.
